Job summary

Relativity ODA LLC is seeking an Application Analyst in Customer Support to provide specialized technical support across the product vertical. You will diagnose and resolve software and network issues for both technical and non-technical customers, and handle inquiries via phone and email.

Daily duties include ticket creation and management in Salesforce, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong customer service with SLAs and clear communication.
• Familiarity with SQL, Relativity platform, and basic networking.
• Relativity certifications preferred or within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests; triage, escalate, and document in Salesforce.
• Develop product knowledge and collaborate with senior teammates.
• Create, update, and resolve tickets with accurate records.
• Maintain timely communication and meet service levels.
• Report issues to management and coordinate cross-vertical support.
