Job summary
OpenKrill is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our nationwide team. You will provide break/fix support via phone and email, troubleshoot mechanical and software issues, and assist customers with setup and maintenance of photo finishing equipment.
The ideal candidate has experience with remote troubleshooting tools and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to guide customers through complex procedures and prioritize multiple tasks to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools (NetOps, VNC, TeamViewer).
- Strong mechanical and software troubleshooting knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Detail-oriented with ability to guide customers step-by-step.
Responsibilities
- Provide break/fix support via phone and email for nationwide equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and software issues remotely.
- Monitor connectivity and online operations.
- Contact retail sites to resolve connectivity or stock issues.
- Guide customers through software navigation remotely.
- Assist with locating part numbers and ordering parts.
- Support device swaps and initial installations.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments promptly.
