Job summary

Hireframe is a remote-first company delivering nearshore and offshore staffing solutions. We are a small, dynamic team and you will join a team of six reps, reporting to our VP of Customer Success and the Customer Support Team Lead.

This is a remote position for resolving gym management software inquiries. We value fluent English, 1–3 years in customer-facing roles, and the ability to learn complex software quickly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Ability to quickly learn complex software products.
• Comfort working remote.
• Familiarity with collaboration (Slack) & ticketing software (CRM, such as Hubspot).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, with most requests via email
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our product
• Become an expert in our gym management software
• Collaborate with our engineering team on software issues
