Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Technology Sales Specialist fluent in Japanese and Mandarin to manage renewals and pursue new technology support service opportunities. This remote role supports education and nonprofit customers on the West Coast business hours.

You will collaborate with account managers and sales support to forecast accurately, negotiate terms, and drive deals to closure while expanding relationships across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
• 3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience
• Fluency in Japanese and Mandarin with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain accurate forecasts

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of technology support service contracts, driving renewals and new opportunities
• Drive on-time renewals, improve renewal rates, and recapture at-risk business
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and generate incremental revenue
• Negotiate commercial terms and address objections with customers
• Collaborate with account managers, customer success, and deal support teams to develop proposals and advance opportunities
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast commentary
• Develop and execute account and portfolio strategies to achieve targets
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and align solutions with their objectives
• Execute close plans and resolve blockers to move deals forward
• Analyze performance and portfolio opportunities to improve outcomes
