Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, a technology solutions firm based on the U.S. West Coast, is seeking a Technology Sales Specialist fluent in Japanese and Mandarin.

You will manage a portfolio of technology support service contracts, drive renewals, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to close deals. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technology sales or account management, strong Mandarin/Japanese communication skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
• 3+ years solution sales or consulting services sales experience
• Fluency in Japanese and Mandarin with strong written and verbal skills
• Experience managing customer accounts independently and driving opportunities through the full sales cycle
• Experience handling objections and negotiating terms
• Strong CRM, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
• Ability to work remotely with cross‑functional teams
• Must be located on the U.S. West Coast and aligned with business hours

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and end‑to‑end sales for service renewals and new contracts
• Drive on‑time renewals and recover at‑risk business
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and generate incremental revenue
• Engage with customers to understand needs, discuss terms, and negotiate
• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to develop proposals
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast commentary
• Develop account strategies to prioritize opportunities and hit targets
• Build relationships with decision‑makers and influencers
• Communicate business value and align solutions with objectives
• Execute close plans and resolve blockers to move deals forward
• Analyze performance and opportunities to improve satisfaction and outcomes
• Partner with sales, services, and marketing to strengthen pipeline and growth
