Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on technical sourcing and candidate engagement. This remote, full-time role supports the full recruiting lifecycle and helps maintain strong pipelines for Adobe Experience Cloud and related technologies.

You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate records in ATS, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience while enabling efficient searches.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or technical sourcing experience.
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating recruiting activities.
• Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Technical Talent Sourcing: Develop sourcing strategies for Adobe Experience Cloud, AI, cloud, and digital transformation roles.
• Recruiting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across teams and time zones.
• Candidate & ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Candidate Engagement: Deliver a positive candidate experience from outreach to handoff.
