Job summary

OneImaging is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help identify, engage, and hire exceptional engineering talent as we scale. This remote role requires base in the Miami area and participation in local recruiting and community events.

You will own recruiting across technical roles, sourcing candidates, partnering with managers, and delivering a high-touch candidate experience to accelerate hires while building a strong Miami presence for the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role, with some experience supporting technical or engineering hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines, particularly for technical roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for technical roles across Engineering and other growing areas of the business, supporting candidates throughout the full recruiting process.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality engineering talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, events, and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities for each search.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess experience and motivation.
• Create a high-touch candidate experience with clear communication and strong follow-up.
• Build and maintain pipelines of engineers for current and future needs.
• Attend and support local Miami technology events to raise awareness of OneImaging.
