Job summary

SherlockTalent is seeking IT Talent Sourcers and Recruiters to work remotely. You will support the Miami Beach office by identifying candidates and managing the recruitment process, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficiency.

The ideal candidates must have strong communication skills and at least 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting role. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a similar role as Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer required.
• Ability to learn new computer applications quickly.
• Must possess a high degree of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, and cold calls.
• Work closely with recruiters to understand their needs.
• Manage a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
• Schedule and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in Job Fairs representing SherlockTalent.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
