Responsibilities

Provide pre- and post-sale technical training and product consulting to customers worldwide.
Create and deliver customized training materials and demonstrations showing search techniques.
Prepare and present instructional materials for various training events and meetings.
Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities to grow, retain, cross-sell, and penetrate accounts.
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to product development and sales teams.
