Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience as a tech lead, team lead, or engineering manager.
• Strong track record of shipping production-grade software.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for your domain and define architecture decisions that shape scale and evolution.
• Design, build, and deliver platform features end-to-end across the stack.
• Stay hands-on and regularly write and deploy production-grade code.
• Coach and develop engineers; conduct regular 1:1s and growth conversations.
• Own your team's delivery with planning, prioritization, and execution responsibilities.
• Recruit, interview, and raise the bar on team talent.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate real-world processes into reliable software.
