Fearless Solutions is seeking a Technical Lead (Senior Consultant, Engineering & Technical Services) to provide hands‑on leadership for the development and evolution of modern, user‑centered digital services. You will guide architecture, engineering practices, and delivery across React, FastAPI, and AWS, balancing coding with mentoring and stakeholder collaboration in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience serving as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Node.js.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices (FastAPI, Express).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Cloud-native AWS solutions including serverless and containers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and guide architecture, design, and implementation decisions across the application.
• Lead frontend and backend development using modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Python technologies.
• Design and guide API, microservice, and integration implementations with external systems.
• Guide data architecture and persistence across relational and NoSQL data stores.
• Lead secure, scalable AWS cloud-native deployments and infrastructure as code practices.
• Mentor engineers, perform code & architecture reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Align product, design, data, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
