Job summary

TTI seeks a Project Leader – New Product Development to drive complex product initiatives from concept to mass production, owning technical scope and key design decisions. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and ensures cost, schedule, and performance targets are met.

Candidates will have a BS in Engineering, 5+ years in related field, and strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes. Travel 3–10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage projects with extreme ownership to aggressive schedules and results.
• 3-10% travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from concept to mass production with cross-functional team.
• Meet cost, schedule, and performance targets during project execution.
• Develop schedules, track risks, and present updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with US/Asia sourcing and supply chain teams.
