Job summary

Lawelawe Technology Services seeks a Senior Technical Deputy Program Manager to serve as the Program Manager's principal deputy and senior representative on the contract. You will guide technical resources, oversee software development from design through release, and coordinate Lawelawe personnel and subs to ensure timely delivery.

You will act as the senior link between Lawelawe leadership and the program team, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage staffing, risk, and performance against

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years in software product design, development, release, and delivery; 5+ years of management or leadership, 2+ years leading a Scrum team.
• Ability to serve as second in charge and lead daily program leadership during the Program Manager's absence.
• Senior contract representative; coordinate subcontractor support and communicate with Government/corporate leadership.
• Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of system architectures, networks, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in directing daily contract operations and resources.
• Act as Program Manager during planned or unplanned absences to maintain operations.
• Represent Lawelawe to government and corporate leadership; coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Supervise assigned Lawelawe and PMO staff with workload, reviews, and coaching.
• Coordinate hiring with Talent Acquisition and HR for employee relations and corrective actions.
• Guide daily execution across software engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
• Translate contract requirements into technical priorities, specs, and workflows.
• Manage software development projects from design to release, including testing and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define product strategy and roadmap.
