Job summary
Lawelawe Technology Services is seeking a Technical Deputy Program Manager to lead software development efforts, guide teams, and ensure daily program operations across government contracts. You will represent Lawelawe with Government customers, corporate leadership, and subcontractors while providing direction and accountability to staff.
You will oversee design through release, coordinate Agile ceremonies, manage risk, and align technical work with contract requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years in software product design and delivery, with 5+ years in leadership and 2+ years leading Scrum teams.
- Ability to act as second in command and lead during the Program Manager's absence.
- Experience communicating with Government and corporate leadership.
- Familiarity with risk management and Agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily contract operations and coordinate resources.
- Act as Program Manager in their absence.
- Serve as senior representative between Lawelawe leadership and the program team.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and staffing resolutions.
- Guide software engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity and systems integration workstreams.
- Prepare program reports and executive briefings.
