Holman is seeking a Business Analysis & Requirements Management professional to drive discovery, gather and validate requirements, and document user stories for ServiceNow enhancements. You will map processes, write acceptance criteria, and partner with IT and business teams to ensure alignment and measurable value.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, backlog management, testing coordination (SIT/UAT), and proactive stakeholder communication in a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering for enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong ability to map processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs.
• Document and validate requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop process maps and documentation to support ServiceNow implementations.
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT and UAT with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and dev teams to prioritize backlog.
