Globe Life AO is seeking remote Team Supervisors to lead a virtual team of client-service and sales professionals from home. You will recruit, coach, and mentor representatives, establish goals, and drive performance in a flexible, leadership-focused role.

This 100% remote position offers mentorship, licensing guidance, and opportunities for advancement while managing compliance and client service excellence in a virtual environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a reliable computer or laptop, high-speed internet, webcam, and a quiet workspace.
• Willing to obtain the state Life & Health Insurance License and complete licensing requirements.
