Job summary

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated customer service professionals to join as Remote Customer Service Team Leaders. This 100% remote role combines client service, leadership, coaching, and team development in a virtual environment.

You will recruit, train, mentor, and guide representatives while meeting clients via Zoom and phone to discuss life, health, and related insurance options. Training and mentorship are provided; leadership development and advancement opportunities are emphasized within

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be physically located within the United States.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Have access to a reliable computer/laptop and high-speed internet.
Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License.

Responsibilities

Lead remote customer service team and coach representatives.
Meet with clients via Zoom and phone; explain life, accident, and health insurance options.
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor developing representatives.
Develop performance goals and monitor progress with the team.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing service.
