You’ll lead a high-performing virtual team, recruit and mentor representatives, conduct coaching sessions, and guide clients through life, accident, and health insurance options.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or customer service leadership roles.
• Experience coaching and developing a virtual team.
• Ability to conduct virtual consultations and presentations.

• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop representatives.
• Coach team on communication, client service, and consultative sales.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback; identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead virtual coaching sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
• Build a collaborative culture centered on accountability and achievement.
• Develop future trainers, mentors, and leaders.
