Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Team Lead to guide a remote US-based team in Austin, TX. You’ll motivate the group to meet client and internal metrics while handling escalations and coaching associates to deliver quality service.

You will report to the Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in developing staff, managing schedules, payroll, and tasks, while promoting a culture of care and accountability across projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to drive performance and meet deadlines.
• Lead and support a team while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
• Balance customer focus with accountability and quality standards.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and common business tools.

Responsibilities

• Coach associates to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee issues and coordinating training.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, monitor attendance, process payroll, and handle admin tasks.
• Motivate and mentor the team with ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Use a variety of tools and applications to complete duties and resolve technology issues.
• Impact the financial health of the company by retaining employees and improving occupancy.
