Responsibilities

• Support Apptio Cost Transparency, TBM planning, and TBM Studio configurations.
• Manage benchmarking and survey data collection, validation and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to define business requirements.
• Interview stakeholders to craft clear functional specifications.
• Create business process mappings showing interdependencies.
