OpenKrill seeks a Forward Deployed Accountant / Tax Technologist to embed TaxGPT-style workflows in client firms across the US. You will map tax processes, design AI-powered workflows, and lead implementations that scale across engagements.

You’ll collaborate with product, sales, and success teams to demonstrate ROI, train staff, and build durable playbooks for repeated deployments. Travel is required, with a remote-first setup in the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in public accounting, tax, or related firm operations.
• Fluency in how accounting firms operate and communicate with partners/managers.
• Ability to teach, drive change, and redesign workflows with AI capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Embed with customers to map tax and accounting workflows and define success metrics.
• Design and pilot AI-powered tax workflows and operationalize them within firm processes.
• Lead implementation, training, and rollout plans across partners, managers, and staff.
• Diagnose workflow issues and provide practical workarounds for day-to-day use.
