Straive is hiring a Tax Support Representative to assist clients with tax software and services. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, document issues in Salesforce, and participate in continuous improvement across platforms.

Success requires a customer-first mindset, solid tax/accounting knowledge, and the ability to work with multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Remote work from home is available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of college in a business-related field, or 1+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, or sales/CRM.
• Solid understanding of basic tax, accounting and audit principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tax and software inquiries via phone, chat, and email using internal knowledge bases.
• Identify, document, and escalate complex system or content issues in CRM (Salesforce).
• Participate in product testing, process improvements, and cross-training across platforms.
• Ensure absolute confidentiality and security of product and customer data.
