Red Bike Advisors LLC is a fully remote tax, accounting, and advisory firm helping healthcare practice owners and growing service businesses achieve financial freedom. We are hiring a Tax Manager to own a multi‑million dollar book of tax business, deliver every job on time and on budget, and keep clients thrilled with the work.

You will focus on proactive tax planning, sit with owners to shape how they pay themselves and grow their practice, and mentor a team to recognize planning opportunities

Qualifications

• Active CPA or EA license with 6+ years in public accounting.
• Experience leading and developing a tax team.
• Expertise in individual, corporate, and partnership tax; NC experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own a multi‑million dollar tax book and deliver every job on time and on budget.
• Create a Tax Savings Blueprint for every eligible client.
• Lead year‑end planning meetings with clients before December 31.
• Coach a preparer team to spot planning opportunities on every return.
• Explain tax strategy to practice owners in plain English.
