This role offers manager‑level ownership, strong technical challenges across 1040/1041/1065 and entity returns, with a culture that prioritizes people over long hours. A CPA or EA and 3–8 years of public accounting experience are expected.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA credential required.
• 3–8 years of public accounting/tax experience.
• Experience with 1040, 1041, 1065, and entity returns 1120/1120S preferred.
• Ability to read financial statements and relate them to tax work.
• Remote-friendly with ability to manage direct client relationships.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle tax review and client communication for individual and business engagements.
• Serve as primary contact for individuals and business owners, with professional communication.
• Handle returns 1040, 1041, 1065 and entity returns 1120/1120S.
• Read and interpret financial statements to support tax work.
• Act as a technical resource for junior staff and manage workload across engagements.
• Contribute to firm integration and process improvements as new practices are onboarded.
