Jobot in the United States is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to manage complex passthrough engagements from a fully remote setup. You will deliver quality federal and state returns for partnerships and S-Corporations while advising on tax planning for high-net-worth clients.

The role requires at least 2 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, CPA path preferred, and proficiency with CCH or similar software. We offer a generous benefits package and overtime pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting.
• CPA license or on track to obtain one.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Experience with passthrough entities and high-net-worth owners.
• Proficiency in CCH or similar tax software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple and complex tax engagements ensuring quality client solutions.
• Review federal and state returns for partnerships and S-Corporations and their owners.
• Research tax matters using CCH and respond to IRS inquiries when requested.
• Provide proactive tax planning strategies tailored to clients.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and high ethical standards.
