Qualifications

• Progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting (min 2 years).
• CPA license or on track to obtain one.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Proficiency in CCH or other tax software.
• Experience with complex passthrough entities and high net worth owners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple and complex tax engagements, ensuring quality delivery for clients.
• Review federal and state returns for partnerships and S-Corporations and owners.
• Research and consult on tax matters using CCH, respond to IRS inquiries when requested.
• Provide proactive tax planning strategies tailored to client needs.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
