Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred).
• CPA license or on the path toward licensure is required or preferred.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation is preferred.
• Proficiency with CCH or other tax software is required.
• Experience handling complex passthrough entities and high net worth owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple and complex tax engagements delivering quality tax solutions.
• Review federal and state returns for partnerships and S-Corps and owners.
• Research tax matters using CCH and respond to IRS inquiries as needed.
• Provide proactive tax planning tailored to clients' needs.
• Demonstrate teamwork, ethical standards and a positive attitude.
