Job summary

Jobot is seeking a tax professional to lead complex passthrough engagements in a fully remote role. The candidate will manage multiple client projects, review partnerships and S-Corporation returns, and provide proactive planning strategies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in public accounting, a CPA license or path to licensure, and proficiency with CCH or equivalent tax software. Strong communication and client relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive tax compliance in public accounting (Big 4 preferred).
• CPA license or on the path toward licensure.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Proficient with CCH or other tax software.
• Experience with complex passthrough entities and high net worth owners.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple and complex tax engagements, delivering quality tax solutions.
• Review federal and state returns for partnerships and S-Corporations and owners.
• Research and consult on tax matters using CCH; respond to IRS inquiries.
• Provide proactive tax planning tailored to client needs.
• Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
