Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Remote Tax Manager to lead complex pass-through tax work for S Corp and Partnerships and their high-net-worth owners. This senior role offers a remote setup with flexible schedules and excellent benefits.

The position pays $140,000–$170,000 per year with a strong bonus package, 401k matching, generous PTO, and ongoing education opportunities. You will mentor staff and stay current on tax law changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with Master in Taxation (highly preferred).
• CPA certification.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience focusing on tax returns for S Corp, Partnerships and high net worth individuals.
• Experience supporting clients in a variety of industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with a Big4 accounting firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax compliance, consulting, and planning for a portfolio of clients, including S Corp and Partnerships.
• Review and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate these changes to clients and team members.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
