Job summary

Jobot, located in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a tax professional with 2+ years of progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting. A CPA or licensure path, and a Master’s in Accounting/Taxation are preferred. Proficiency in CCH and handling complex passthrough entities with high net worth owners are expected.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting.
• CPA license or on path towards licensure.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation is preferred.
• Proficiency in CCH or other tax software.
• Extensive experience with complex passthrough entities and high net worth owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple and complex tax engagements, ensuring delivery of quality tax solutions for clients.
• Review federal and state returns for partnerships and S-Corporations and their owners.
• Utilize knowledge of CCH to research and consult on various tax matters, respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries when requested.
• Provide proactive tax planning strategies tailored to client needs.
• Demonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
