Job summary

You will manage complex engagements, review returns for partnerships and S-Corps, and provide proactive tax planning for high net worth clients, with a strong emphasis on quality, ethics, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting, ideally Big 4.
• CPA license or on the path toward licensure.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Proficiency in CCH or other tax software.
• Extensive experience with complex passthrough entities and high-net-worth owners.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain complex tax matters to non-tax professionals.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple and complex tax engagements, ensuring the delivery of quality tax solutions for our clients.
• Review federal and state returns for partnerships and S-Corporations and their owners.
• Utilize knowledge of CCH to research and consult on various tax matters, respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries when requested.
• Provide proactive tax planning strategies tailored to the needs of our clients.
• Demonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
