Jobot is seeking a Tax Senior for a fully remote role with a focus on complex passthrough taxation. The successful candidate will manage engagements, review returns for partnerships and S-Corps, and provide proactive tax planning.

Located in the US, the firm offers competitive salary and benefits, a strong focus on employee development, and flexible work arrangements. CPA license or path toward licensure is required, with Big 4 experience highly desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred).
• CPA license or on the path toward licensing.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Proficiency with CCH or other tax software.
• Extensive experience with complex passthrough entities and high net worth owners.
• Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple and complex tax engagements delivering high-quality tax solutions.
• Review federal/state returns for partnerships and S-Corporations and owners.
• Research and consult on tax matters using CCH; respond to IRS inquiries.
• Provide proactive tax planning strategies tailored to clients' needs.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, ethics, and client service.
