Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Tax Senior to manage complex passthrough tax engagements and deliver high-quality tax solutions for clients. The role emphasizes research using tax software (CCH), proactive planning, and strong communication with owners of partnerships and S-Corporations.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting, CPA status or progress toward it, and a Master’s in Accounting or Taxation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred).
• CPA license or on the path towards obtaining one.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Proficiency with tax software (CCH).
• Experience with complex passthrough entities and high-net-worth owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple and complex tax engagements to deliver quality tax solutions.
• Review federal and state returns for partnerships and S-Corporations and owners.
• Research tax matters using CCH and respond to IRS inquiries.
• Provide proactive tax planning tailored to clients.
• Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
