Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA or EA, 5+ years of public accounting tax experience including ASC 740 exposure.
• Experience with multi-entity structures and foreign reporting considerations.
• Strong research, analytical and documentation skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and tax provision workpaper experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review ASC-740 tax provisions.
• Analyze and document temporary vs. permanent differences.
• Prepare and review federal, multi-state, and consolidated tax filings across complex structures.
• Handle foreign reporting components and international calculations (GILTI, etc.).
• Identify tax adjustments and planning opportunities.
• Assist with pre-audit support, reconciliations, and workpapers.
