H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional in Minnesota to interview clients and prepare accurate returns, while delivering tax planning and IRS support. You will mentor teammates and contribute to client growth in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree, CPA/EA certification, and 5+ years in tax or accounting, with experience in virtual client interactions and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• High school diploma or higher.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Mentor and support teammates.
