H&R Block in Minnesota is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide expert training support. You’ll conduct interviews, prepare returns, and help grow the business while delivering value to clients.

Ideal candidates have strong accounting foundations, experience with individual and complex returns, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment using virtual tools and in-person engagements. Salary ranges are commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
