H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs from Minnesota, backed by an expert team and advanced tax training.

You’ll build client relationships that grow stronger every year, and receive support to deliver high-quality results. In this role you will conduct tax interviews, prepare returns, and help clients resolve IRS issues while mentoring teammates in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Competenze

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates
