H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll receive advanced tax training and join an expert team focused on delivering confident, informed guidance.

The role emphasizes conducting interviews (in-person and virtual), preparing accurate returns, and expanding client relationships. A strong background in accounting/tax and CPA/EA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools—video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support; notice services and audit representation per certification level.
• Mentor and support teammates.
• Experience with accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax is required.
• Experience completing individual returns and working in a fast-paced environment.
