You will use digital tools to conduct tax interviews, review returns, and identify opportunities for savings, all while maintaining client confidentiality and adherence to IRS regulations. Qualifications

• Three years of tax preparation or review experience required.
• Experience with IRS transcripts, amendments, and prior year return identification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with virtual collaboration across digital platforms.
• Knowledge of tax law with ability to explain concepts to clients.

Responsibilities

• Take a consultative approach to understand clients' financial goals and identify potential tax savings.
• Conduct tax interviews to support clients through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, or email.
• Review and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and small businesses in compliance with IRS regulations and company standards.
• Analyze IRS transcripts to identify missed prior year filings or opportunities for amendments.
