Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, including QoE and working capital analysis. You will supervise multiple teams, review client financials, and present findings to executives, PE firms, and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with tax, valuation, audit, and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions across the transaction lifecycle, while mentoring staff and staying current on market trends.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial audit and/or financial due diligence experience at a major accounting firm.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration or related field.
• CPA certification or in progress.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge (ASC 606, inventory, accrual-based accounting).
• High proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent written/spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Flexible to work as a team member or individual contributor; on-call when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Manage multiple transaction engagement teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Review client financials, identify risks and value drivers, present findings to stakeholders.
• Oversee preparation of Key Findings Reports, Databooks, and financial presentations.
• Assess target revenues, margins, earnings, net assets, working capital and cash flows.
• Collaborate with tax, valuation, audit, advisory and consulting teams during transactions.
• Mentor staff through training and on-the-job coaching.
• Stay current on market trends, accounting standards, and industry developments.
