Job summary

EisnerAmper in Chicago is seeking a Manager for the Transaction Advisory Services team to lead and deliver buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and QoE engagements. You will work as an individual contributor and as part of a collaborative team to drive high-quality client outcomes.

You will supervise engagement teams, review client financials, present findings to executives and PE firms, and oversee detailed reporting and financial presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Business Administration or related field.
• CPA preferred or in process.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions including QoE.
• Supervise engagement teams and ensure high-quality deliverables and deadlines.
• Review client financials, identify risks and value drivers, and present findings to executives and PE firms.
• Oversee preparation of detailed findings reports, databooks, and financial presentations.
• Collaborate with tax, valuation, audit, advisory, and consulting teams.
• Mentor staff and stay updated on market trends and standards.
