Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a proactive Recruitment Talent Sourcing Specialist for a 100% remote, part-time role. You will identify and engage candidates to build a robust pipeline across the organization.

The ideal candidate will conduct targeted research via LinkedIn, job boards, social media and internal databases, screen profiles, and manage ATS data while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers. Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related role.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities or experience in global recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage potential candidates to build a talent pipeline.
• Conduct targeted research using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidate profiles to assess skills, experience and fit.
• Manage candidate data and sourcing activities in ATS.
• Proactively engage passive candidates to generate interest.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights on talent availability and competitor activities.
• Support employer branding by promoting company values and culture.
• Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipelines.
