Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and MS Office; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership to define roles and criteria.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an extension of the client's internal Talent Acquisition team, understanding the organization, its people, business objectives, culture, and hiring needs.
• Leads full-cycle Talent Acquisition for assigned clients from need definition to offer.
• Partners with leaders to establish clear criteria, develop job descriptions, and align on required experience.
• Brings a structured approach to recruiting with established processes and evaluation criteria.
• Develops and executes sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Screens and evaluates candidates, providing objective feedback and market insight to hiring decisions.
• Facilitates interview processes, supporting a positive candidate experience and timely decisions.
• Maintains recruiting documentation within Griffin and client systems.
