Job summary

Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent for the organization. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs, source, screen, and submit qualified candidates in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

This full-time, remote role supports core east coast hours and collaborates across our global sourcing team to fill critical roles and build pipelines for federal and defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience; 4 more years may substitute for a degree
• Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology
• US citizenship is required
• Experience qualifying talent needs and candidates with measurable metrics

Responsibilities

• Actively source talent from multiple data sources, both externally and in CRM/ATS
• Manage end-to-end sourcing lifecycle from research to submission of qualified candidates
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy at scale
• Utilize ATS/CRM and market-facing tools provided in the tech stack
• Engage with passive candidates to communicate the value of an Amentum opportunity
• Support program bids and critical roles to build pipelines across four Business Groups
