Pear Tree is seeking a dedicated Sourcing Specialist for a fully remote role. You will identify and engage qualified candidates through sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases, working closely with the recruitment team to understand requirements and build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of talent sourcing or recruitment experience.
• Experience with IT service-based outsourcing or offshore staffing preferred.
• Hands-on ATS experience, preferably Workable.
• Proven LinkedIn candidate sourcing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage candidates using Workable and other sourcing platforms with targeted search strategies.
• Conduct initial outreach, pre-screening conversations, and resume reviews to assess fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and pipelines within the ATS.
• Collect and manage candidate requirements such as videos, portfolios, assessments.
• Coordinate and track completion of candidate assessments to ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth progression of candidates through early hiring stages.
