Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and submit qualified candidates. This remote role supports core East Coast hours and emphasizes automation and scalable sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience, US citizenship, and a track record of qualifying talent efficiently using modern tools and data-driven metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience.
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying talent needs and candidates with measurable success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Actively source talent across diverse data sources including open market and internal systems.
• Manage full lifecycle sourcing from research to qualified applicants.
• Consult with hiring leaders to shape sourcing strategy and engage in market intelligence.
• Utilize ATS/CRM and sourcing tools to maintain candidate pipelines and data quality.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and drive candidate engagement.
