Job summary

AdNet AccountNet, Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support high-volume hiring by identifying, engaging, and pre-screening top talent.

This remote role in Florida partners with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines and meet critical hiring needs. The ideal candidate will source across technical and non-technical disciplines, develop targeted strategies, and conduct initial screenings while maintaining records in ATS/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox, or similar platforms.
• Experience sourcing talent across engineering, technical, business, operations, supply chain, or related disciplines.
• Experience sourcing candidates requiring security clearances.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.

Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $35.29 – $37.00 per hour
