ListLab is hiring a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to help us find and attract the right people as we scale the team ahead of public launch. You will source candidates, reach out, screen for fit, and keep the pipeline full so hiring managers can focus on final interviews and decisions.

This remote-first startup offers flexible time (full-time, part-time or fractional) and flexible commitment; compensation up to $75,000 with cash and equity to negotiate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
• Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find people beyond just posting a job ad
• Excellent written communication — your outreach messages get responses
• Organized — you can manage multiple roles and dozens of candidates simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently and moving fast
• Experience recruiting for startups or early-stage companies
• Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Source candidates — find qualified people through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and creative channels
• Outreach and engage — write compelling messages that get responses from passive candidates
• Screen and qualify — conduct initial phone screens to assess fit before passing candidates to hiring managers
• Manage the pipeline — keep the ATS updated, follow up with candidates, and make sure no one falls through the cracks
• Improve the process — identify whats working and what isnt, and help us build a recruiting engine that scales
