Light Labs is building the modern platform for lab testing, starting with consumer brands. We’re hiring the first Recruiter who will own end-to-end hiring across scientific and commercial roles, partnering with founders to scale to a $50M run rate by 2027.

You’ll source, assess, and close top chemists, microbiologists, and GTM professionals, designing processes, and moving candidates quickly from first contact to offer while upholding a high bar for talent alignment.

• Proven full-cycle recruiting results.
• Range across functions (technical, scientific, and commercial).
• Sourcer at heart with proactive headhunting.
• High bar: know when to push back and say no.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting end to end from sourcing to closing.

• Raise the bar and maintain hiring quality.
