Job summary

Amrecco is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer Recruiter for a remote role with Mexico preferred. You will source U.S.-based candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms, build pipelines, verify contacts and support multi-channel outreach.

Leverage AI to enhance research, strategies, personalization, and outreach while helping to scale our sourcing engine. Ideal candidates have strong sourcing skills, experience with ATS/CRM systems, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with candidate sourcing or recruitment.
• Strong LinkedIn and Boolean sourcing skills.
• Experience with sourcing/enrichment tools and ATS/CRM systems.
• Comfortable using AI tools for recruiting and sourcing.
• Experience building or improving sourcing processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Source U.S.-based candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Build targeted searches and candidate pipelines.
• Find and verify candidate contact information.
• Support multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Use AI tools to improve candidate research, search strategies, personalization and outreach.
• Help build and continuously improve our sourcing systems, workflows and automations.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and track sourcing performance.
